Court Reservation

Rules & Regulations

A member is allowed to make one reservation at the time.  

 Members can reserve on the internet with their own Yahoo ID*.

Reservations can also be made by calling the Club at 432-0700 or by e-mail.

A reservation can be for singles or doubles.

 A singles reservation has to have two member names and cannot be longer than one hour.

A doubles reservation has to have four member names and cannot be longer than two hours.

Reservations cannot block a half hour of open time.

The names on the reservation have to be the actual players.

Members are not allowed to substitute names.

To change a reservation you must contact Paul at the Club or via e-mail.

Members who allow non-members to play will forfeit the membership and the guest will be trespassing.

Members can play on an open court without a reservation.

Players who walk-on must wait one half hour when previous walk-ons have occupied the court. No wait is required if previous walk-ons have played for one hour.

The Club's hours are from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.

The Club is open every day of the year.

Reservations without the correct amount of names will be erased.

Check with a person before you put his name on a reservation to make sure he or she has not reserved a court on another time or day.

If a reservation is made with a name that already is listed on a reservation both reservations will be erased.
